On a holiday trip to southern Italy in Puglia, the founders had an idea to unite their love for Brazil and their passion for Italy, bringing back the best of each country through a unique gastronomic experience that was installed in southeast London, where they currently live.
Those who enjoy eating well and making the most of a gastronomic moment, created the FINE CUT BUTCHERS to take what they love most to their customers.
Today, FINE CUT BUTCHERS is more than a butcher shop, it is also a delicious and charming restaurant where you can choose meat directly from the counter, which will be freshly prepared by a specialized team and with the touch of our chef in the side dishes.
The menu brings a fusion of the best of Brazil and Italy, one of the house specialties is T-bone Fine Steak, it is a noble piece of tender, tasty and succulent meat that goes with grilled vegetables in Italian fashion, farofa, plantain and Brazilian fashion vinaigrette.
Our services are:
- Butcher and tele delivery open Monday to Sunday from 10am to 8pm
- Restaurant and tele delivery open from Wednesday to Sunday from 4pm to 10pm

Our creator and founder, is Brazilian and passionate about gastronomy, specialist in wines. She has 13 years of restaurant experience, having worked in Milan at Finger's Garden, Balança Brasil Churrascaria, Exploit, Living. Naturalized Italian, she has lived in London for 7 years and is studying Management and Business at Bucks New University.

Our chef and founder. She is Brazilian and passionate about world cuisine. Specialist in Brazilian dishes, made with a lot of love and an unforgettable touch of Italy. She has lived in London for 13 years and is studying Management and Business at the University of West London.
